You gotta Love SNL...

After that embarrassing interview with Katie Couric, the folks over at SNL made us laugh yet again with this lovely piece of sketch comedy art. Thank you Tina Fey...I love you!

Too busy to blog...

It has been a hellish few weeks, who would have known that the end of the summer would have taken so much free time from me. Between a week long visit from my parents, NBC Fall Premiere Parties, and the Emmys and University of Utah Football it has been a crazy past few weeks. If you really know me you'd probably guess that my lack of blogging can be blamed on my iPhone, which I haven't put down since purchasing.

With that said, I will now be making an extra effort to write at least twice a week.

P.S. I'm sitting at work, listening to President Bush address the nation in this time of Economic Peril. And I am thinking to myself how lucky I am that I am virtually debt free.

Dying to meet Dexter...

Today I sent my parents, aunt and uncle to the Tonight Show. As I went to pick them up we got the chance to meet Michael C. Hall out in the NBC midway. He was on the show promoting the new season of Dexter. The "parentals" got a REAL kick out of meeting Dexter himself. I don't often get star-struck, but would it be out of place to say that it was "killer" to meet the man behind Dexter Morgan (I know cheese ball line, but what else could I have said?).

I broke up with Tmobile...and I'm happier than ever!

After a long 5 year relationship with T-Mobile I have decided to part with the cell phone service provider. Me and the hunk of junk pictured to the right, went through college together, hell we made the trek from Park City to Los Angeles together in 2006. I will say that through thick and thin this Samsung doorstop, has pulled through for me. But alas, all good things must come to and end...for BETTER and more amazing things!!

Last night I jumped on the bandwagon and got myself a little piece o' geeky technology, maybe you've heard of it, it's called an iPhone. In order to become so blessed, I had to cancel my old T-Mobile contract and joined AT&T. That in itself was much more of a chore than I had forseen. I had to change phone numbers which was VERY painful. I had grown very attached to my 801 Utah number over the years, but the "JUICE" was definitely worth 'SQUEEZE." The iPhone 3G is the best thing that has happened to my cellular phone world. Email, Internet and Apps, OH MY!! If you knew what was good for you you'd get one too!! Peer pressure!!!P.S. If you know me and haven't heard already I will be sure to send you my new cell number sometime in the very near future.

Want to find out what music you listen to most?

Recently I signed up for this little website called Last.FM. Maybe you've heard of it. It is a music service that learns what you love to listen to. Every song you play on your computer and/or iPod is tracked on your Last.fm profile and stats are recorded showing what you listen to most. You can also connect with other people who like what you like - and recommend songs from your music collection.

One feature that I like is that Last.FM actually tells you what you top artists and/or albums for the week are. Its fun to see what your listening trends are and to actually see what you listen to most. Here is a listing of my top artists for the week.

I am anxious to see how my listening habits evolve. I highly recommend that you sign up for this service and add me as a friend, so we can share/recommend music to each other. Join Last.fm!

Transformers 2 Blowing Up...

This is very cool...some bystanders caught this big pyrotechnics effects shot on video. It's all part of Michael Bay's upcoming Transformers2: Revenge of the Fallen. Check this out.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is expected to be released in theaters on June 26, 2009.

If we voted on looks alone....VPILF

It's shaping up to be a very interesting race for the presidential throne. Sinse Senator John McCain announced his Vice Presidential nominee I must say that I am finding true joy in all the recent attention that Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is getting these days. The Internet has NEVER been more entertaining. Pictures, videos and "you name it" are popping up. I like this particular photo of the baby makin, gun totin', oil drillin Governor.

Clearly a fake, but VERY enjoyable. Man, had I still lived in Utah, I would secretly vote for McCain/Palin purely based on the fact that Sarah Palin is a V.P.I.L.F. (if you don't know what that means, I'm feel bad for you but its a spinoff of the term "MILF"= "Mom I'd Like To F**k")
